Thanks for checking out our shop!  We appreciate your business!  All of our items are made to order and are hand stamped by one of us.  This creates a unique, one of a kind look.  That is the beauty of our items!  Please allow for some variation in the pictures to what you will receive.
Accepted Payment Methods:
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover credit cards in addition to PayPal.
Refund Policy:
Since all of our pieces are custom made for each customer, we may not accept returns on some items.  Please contact us within 30 days of purchase to discuss.
Shipping Policies:
Our turnaround time is 1-2 weeks prior to shipping, as all of our items are made to order and hand stamped by one of us.  You will be notified as soon as your order has shipped along with tracking information.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING INFORMATION:
- We offer FREE SHIPPING with USPS First Class Mail for addresses located in United States. According to the USPS website, this typically takes 3-5 business days for delivery.
- If you are in the US, you may choose to upgrade to Priority Shipping at check-out for an upgrade of $5.50.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING INFORMATION:
- We ship USPS First Class Mail which typically takes 1-3 weeks for delivery depending on the country
- International Buyers: you are responsible for any duties and taxes within your country (including VAT for Europe, particularly UK)
- Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying (there are no duties or taxes for Canada and Australia)
- a.k.a. originals can not misrepresent your purchase at shipping time on the required customs forms to avoid possible duty/taxes/VAT.
Gift Wrapping:
Each item is wrapped in a green and white chevron box with a polishing pad and tied with a white organza ribbon.  The item(s) are then placed in a bubble mailer to protect the items during transit time.  Your item will come to you ready for gift giving to yourself or someone you love.
